So this location is truly horrible. No one here likes to work. No one here respects ANY of the customers. That is one thing that all the employees are on one accord with: screw the customer over! I’ve given them a few tries and I can say without a doubt, that this is one of the worst experiences I ever have had at Dunkin. How hard really is it to make a sandwich and drink? Apparently too hard, because I guarantee you if you make the decision to patronize this business (which I advise to certainly NOT do), you will the see the customer service is lacking. Drinks are always made wrong and disgusting. Heaven and hell forbid you are hungry and order a sandwich. I was served a sandwich that looked like they smashed it or something. And then it tasted gross. If I wasn’t desperate I wouldn’t have even came. Save yourself the time and do not go to this location or even the location on Burnham Ave in Cal City. Management and employees DO NOT CARE about you, their jobs, or the food and drinks they are serving. And if you want to see if I’m right, just come here. You will see what I’m talking about. Truly a horrible experience. This area is really going down the drain in terms of customer service.

The worst DD in the area. Always out of everything. Not one drink is made right. They put so much sugar and syrup in everything that it’s impossible to drink it. I picked up a peach refresher with coconut milk it’s carbonated probably spoiled and the kids that work there could care less! Terrible

Very rude. Got my order wrong and then got mad because I hadn’t order what they were trying to give me. They didn’t even smile or reply to my thank you or anything. Very disappointed because I used to go to this location all the time. I’ve worked at restaurants since I was 14 years old. That is not good costumer service. Even if you’re busy you should at least give a smile back.

Their coffee tastes absolutely horrendous I seen someone touch their face, hair, and behind and while seeing all of those things happen I then see someone coughtinto their hand and nither of these two young ladies washed their hands after doing those said actions then they procceded to grab a doughnut and make coffee with dirty hands when i got in my car I simply threw away the doughnut and coffee Im disgusted please dont come here make a coffee at home
