I believe in giving a place a chance or two… But I usually follow the 3 strikes your out rule… When possible….The last 3 times we have ordered from here has been just a complete mess…. The first time we ordered food they failed to make it after us waiting 20 minutes for it… Were told we would be refunded on our card 5-7 business days… Never happened…2nd time we ordered we were told it would take 30 minutes for our order… So we waited… The lady drops the entire order in the floor before getting it to me… And they had to make it over which took another 26 minutes… And then it was cold… Then the other day I stopped in and ordered again…I ordered a half supreme half just cheese…I’m told 15 minutes… So I return 15 minutes later and tell the young lady I’m there to pick up my half supreme and half cheese… And she says oh no…I might have made that a full supreme… She checked and sure enough… She did… And she tells me it’s now gonna be 25 minutes to remake it…I asked for my money back and again I’m told your money will be refunded in 5-7 business days…..NEVER AGAIN!!!! 3 strikes your out!!!

When I went, the place was supposed open at 11but the girl that works there came outside and locked the door at 11 (while other workers were still in there) then went to Ingles to shop for her own things and took almost 30 minutes just to do that while people are waiting outside waiting for the place to open then it took them 20 minutes just to make a pepperoni pizza. They need to take down the sign that says (HOT AND READY) because it’s either NOT ready, or messed up.

Don’t order doordash from this place, they’ll mess your order up every time. I’ve ordered from them twice in the last few days and my order has been wrong, today I ordered a Deep Dish pizza and got a stuffed crust with pepperoni, sausage, and ham, not even remotely close to a deep dish not to mention I can’t eat sausage. First time they messed it up they gave me my food stone cold and left my 2 liter out.

kept telling us 5 minutes after driving in and out of the drive thru 5 times that 5 minutes it’s in the oven now turned into about 50 minutes before that pizza was done. So by their standards it takes about an hour for the pizza to fully cook. Lies and and unprofessional environment. If you want pizza in Marion try Pizza Perfect or just grab a lunchable this place is a joke.

Ordered stuffed crust and got a plain pizza from the warmer. Difference of $5 there. Also ordered the extra most bestest pepperoni, pizza has 2 pepperoni per slice. Why are you letting customers pay for the same thing they could get for half the cost??
