Stopped by tonight to get food from the drive through at 9:10pm. No one would answer the intercom, so we drove around to the window where 3 different people working saw us, and not a single one of them came to the window at all. We were there for about 15 minutes trying to get food and had to leave because of the extremely poor customer service or the complete lack of customer service I should say.

We went here this evening too pick up food for our children. We literally sat at the speaker for 10-13 minutes BEFORE ordering.When they asked us what we would like I said 2 kids meal 1 with strawberry lemonade & other with a shake.Then they advised us they couldn’t give us a shake as beverage, no problem add to our order we would like it.They LITERALLY tried to MAKE us take the drink that came with kids meal when we told, it is OK to charge is but we don’t want it.We went through 4 different people before they got our order(5-10mins)Get to window pay,get drinks ask us to.pull up they will bring out. They bring food COLD, missing a medium fry,yet instead of being INSIDE the building 4 employees at a car OUTSIDE talking.I wouldn’t even give 1 star, yet that was only way to leave review.Sad part, they wasn’t even busy(2 cars in front of us).

Place was clean and staff friendly and did not have a long wait. Their chicken salad sandwich is great. Just wish they were offering on their mobile app something like Burger King or McDonald’s has, where you accumulate points toward free food. Arby’s is behind the time and needs to catch up.

Can’t do a no stars. 5+ minutes @ speaker before order taken. At window for 20+ minutes no one in line before no one inside ordering employees yelling and just walking around. Window attendant was rude.
