Hidden Gem! Boom! Totally worth the trip and go back in time when people introduced themselves to total strangers and then left as friends. The Cranberry has a hometown feel about it that rekindles fond memories of when our country was still neighborly. Upon entering this establishment you knew that you were in for something special. The Apothecary/diner had an old school town hall meeting going on with a group of retired southern gentleman figuring out what was going on and how to fix it! Politicians take heed, that’s how problems really get resolved. Oh excuse me, I think I just saw Sheriff Andy Griffith walk in.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. There’s a few vegan options which is better than most places nearby. Definitely wish they had more, though. The wrap was so delicious, way better than I was anticipating. The grocery store had pretty much everything I’d get but will have a hard time ever being able to afford anything in there. I will definitely return to check out more.

Lunch menu looked good and service was very good. That said, don’t go for the baked goods — danish and muffins are bland — white dough, no flavor, and a ridiculous $4 each. Not sure why they offer this. Live & learn.

The Queen City Egg Sandwich was great. It had a good amount of veggies and the multigrain bread seemed fresh. Although I enjoyed my food, my cappuccino was very bad. It was very hot and didn’t have much espresso flavor. For that reason, I can only give this business three stars.

While I might be biased when it comes to breakfast food. Cranberry’s is the perfect spot for a light breakfast, great coffee and relaxing atmosphere. My go-to is the “Nice Normal Breakfast” with a Turtle Mocha. My wife also LOVES the organic items in their shop!

We’ve been shopping and having espresso and snacks here for several years now… Nothing extraordinary but they have a great selection of vitamins and supplements and the Espresso is good. We were completely shocked on our recent shopping experience when we discovered that Cranberry’s has descended into the depths of debauchery and decadence by sponsoring and encouraging Drag Queens… What happened to this cute shop? How is it possible that they have stooped so low to support this madness and complete mental illness? Unfortunate for them. Our family and many of our friends are shocked as well. We predict the imminent demise of this once cute natural foods shop. Too bad!

This is a great vitamin & alternative medicine store, that happens to have a small cafe, I got the hash brown casserole, it was $6.99. I thought it would be a larger dish at $6.09, but it is a side dish. I ordered a side of bacon.

Excellent place to eat, snack, do business or just get the best for your body inside and out. Wonderful staff and a very well organized and clean atmosphere. They even have a top floor for rehearsals or big gatherings all for free. LOVE IT!

What an amazing fine. Great products. Enjoy local wines, honeys, jams and more. There is also a great health menu with vegan options. They also have fresh sambuca. There is a vast selection of local products. Great for gifts too. There is a pay parking garage right at the corner and a lot across the street.

This was one of the very few places open after 4pm on a Saturday in Staunton. It’s a convenient coffee shop/health foods store. They had herbal supplements and healthy snacks as well as quick bites like freshly made muffins and bagels. The blueberry muffin I had was infused with a multitude of blueberries and it was super moist. The best blueberry muffin I believe I’ve ever had! I would recommend them for their food and convenient hours of operation!
