This is the best Dunkin I have ever been to. I moved up here from jersey 5 years ago so that’s including all the Dunkin in Jersey. My favorite girl in which I don’t even know her name but she has blonde hair and always has pigtails braids is my favorite worker ever. She’s so sweet and respectful. I literally only go there because of her. She’s the best ever.

I go here every morning and lately they’ve been messing up my coffee so I asked them nicely to remake it because I am paying money to get what I ask for and not getting it and also tipping them even though they are messing up every single day, and today was the worst experience ever they messed my coffee up once again and also handed me somebody else’s food so I had to come in the store to get my food and walk in and the two employees are talking bad about me which is very unprofessional and I called him out on it you do not talk about customers and thank God I walked in and heard them. I don’t know their name , but I will absolutely never go back there again definitely need more professional employees there and a couple of them are very ignorant.when You called him out on their mess ups.

This Dunkin’ is pretty awful #1 the parking is absolutely horrendous and whoever decided to put a Dunkin’ donuts in a TINY parking lot with a family dollar needs to rethink their whole career because that was the stupidest thing to possibly do even a 5-year-old could tell you that wont work.#2 every time we come here we get old-fashioned donuts and every single time they are as hard as a rock. It has never failed NOT ONCE. Every other Dunkin’ donuts in the area has fresh old fashioned donuts, this dunkin must not sell a lot and keeps all the old ones no matter how disgusting and stale they are. They have to feel how nasty they are when they’re picking them up to put them in the bag and they STILL sell them like that WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT. I’ve worked with food and NEVER would I pick up a stale loaf of bread FEEL THAT ITS HARD AS A ROCK and sell it to somebody. I know y’all don’t wear oven mitts when you’re picking up donuts to put them in the bag. So what’s the excuse for selling donuts that could break teeth?
