Your basic breakfast/lunch on the go type of place. Very average. Not really a “bakery” as me and another first time customer noted (that changed since covid was what they told him). They no longer have cupcakes and bakery products. They do have a couple individually wrapped treats on the counter. Basic brownie cookie selection. Just your average stop. Nothing too special but also nothing wrong either. The bright spot was their chips even though a couple were a little over cooked They were very good for the fresh style chips.

Normally I would give this a 5-star rating but my last visit was substandard. the place is always super busy because it’s normally good so I got there very early and I was the only one in line before noon ordered my usual which was the turkey gobbler. Usually takes just a couple minutes to get my meal, but this time it took nearly 25 minutes and when I got to go it wasn’t the usual warm delicious turkey dinner like meal. Instead it was akin to a cold deli sandwich with cold stuffing and cold hard cheese. Even this gravy side was more gel than gravy. This isn’t normal so I was very surprised and very disappointed. I don’t know if they’re just short-handed this is day or what but it was quite a let down.

Both times I’ve been, the staff was kind and ready to take my order. Not much of a line even at 1:30, but if you’re on a lunch break then I suggest calling ahead. This way the food is ready when you get there.

The employees are the BEST. My travel mug from there kept my coffee hot all day. Any menu choice is a yummy option, but Nadia’s Spring Salad is my favorite. A smoothie makes my day feel perfect: add a protein boost & whipped cream, mmmmm! I love to stop in for a week day lunch.

Best BLT I’ve had in years! Sooo good. The backed chips were also delicious and I love any place that will give me 2 good pickles with my sandwich. I also had the Vanillamel (sp?) it is a vanilla caramel cappuccino. I had it hot with oat milk and it was also AMAZING!!! Not too sweet and very delicious.

My sandwich was soggy and unappealing, not at all what I thought I’d get from here. My wife and I heard the cook in the back swearing and complaining about having to cook so close to closing time. Everyone told me this place was great but I didn’t get that with my visit. UNIMPRESSED!!!

The sandwiches were superb!!!! I could only eat a 1/2 sandwich, home made breads, fresh veggies and pound of meat it seamed. My husband had a bit he had a lot of bacon and very fresh tomatoes and lettuce on home made bread, superb also! Thank you very much see you soon!

Atmosphere was nice… I was taken back that the music was so quiet that I could only hear the staff talking. I got the feeling the owners hire mostly young kids, so I felt that the restaurant lacked professionalism or urgency. I could have gotten past that if the food or coffee were good. I did have a soup that came out tasting very burnt and at a way higher than a safe temperature to be served, and I heard someone out back ask if it was in the refrigerator, meaning it wasn’t fresh and it was microwaved. The staff was really kind to let me swap the kind of soup I ordered, but the one I got was better but nothing I would order again. It made me really sad that when I ordered for here they used paper coffee cups plastic containers. I’m amazed that out of the 7(?) People staffed they do not employ a dishwasher. The staff was really nice and the chips were good… But I will not be returning.
