So this place is very retro with laminated formed seating. It was spotless. Not dingy or dirty. The cheese steaks were very good. The roll was good, the meat was good and they were huge. Worth the $10. The fries were fries. Can’t really vote on them. I didn’t have many because ate the whole steak sandwich. Definitely will go there again. I think it was better than the local pizza shops.

I love to eat, I love sandwiches and finding this place in my new neighborhood for was a godsend. very easily found, excellent service, wonderful sandwiches and wraps. Subs in 3 different sizes to choose from and a wide variety of drinks whether it be from the soda fountain or refrigerated cases. TV to watch the local events, plenty of tables and chairs, very casual open seating and they do give bonus cards for your visits. I have been there a dozen times already and I have nothing but wonderful things to pass on about the sandwiches and courteous service

This establishment had always been a pleasure to visit. I have had a few items from the menu. They were always good. Everything here is made fresh. This place is always clean so dining in was cozy. I have no problem with the prices here for anything u have ordered. They do have coolers with lots of drinks to choose from. It is non smoking. There is handicapped accessibility.

My dad and I have at here 3 times. Each time we ordered a cheese steak. The place is small, on the older side, and appears a bit dirty, but the food is fresh, hot, and good portion sizes. The cheese steak each time was super hot, very fresh roll, and the “sauce” they put on the steak is very good. I’m from Philly and don’t get “sauce” on the cheese steak, b/c that makes is a Pizza Steak…we’ll argue that another day. There also was a different time we ordered subs and again I was impressed with a fresh roll and good lunch meat on it. The portion sizes were good too. I recommend this place, just wish he could make it a little more appealing to the eye.

Its beautiful. After working hard at landis, I come here to munch on a cheese sub or a blt sub, the staff is calm and treat everyone kindly. Prep time for each order is good, and have a wide variety of snacks and drinks. Plus they made a pretty great mothers day sub for my mom. You’d better visit J’s as soon as possible, your missing out!

THE BEST CHEESESTEAKS! I love everything about them! The rolls are delicious, they melt the cheese in with the meat right on the grill and the sauce and onions are delicious. We lucky to have such great cheesesteaks in the burbs. Only downside is they aren’t open on Sunday’s.
