I’m sick to death of those that are power hungry. That title doesn’t give you the power to change labor laws and workmen rights. Should educate yourself. Sick to death of seeing the good ones get treated like garbage while the incompetent are constantly given button ups. Having regular employees doing things that only those with titles should be doing. I for one am not afraid and my dialing fingers aren’t broken. Was you not properly trained to know the full extent of the law and regulations? I fail to see that as an excuse for the treatment and behavior towards some of your employees. It’s 2018. There isn’t much anyone can do any more without offending someone else. Discrimination of any kind is illegal. Especially in the work place. I don’t have to be an employee. I just have to witness it. Considering that you like to pick clowns and give them authority it’s not a surprise it’s a circus there. Should try treating everyone equal. Praising those that deserve it. Funny how all I see is females in charge . Just putting that out there….. You have my full attention now.

I am very disappointed in this new staff! I used to get a perfect coffee every morning on my way to work and about 1 1/2 months ago they hired new staff that are very rude and unsociable. 4 times my coffee was all cream and my hashbrowns were cold or under cooked and when I asked them to remake it, the young woman made rude comments while I waited at the drive through window. I then ordered another coffee today hoping it had changed and again my daughter got all cream and ice instead of a Vanilla Chai. When she asked they remake it, the 2 young woman behind the counter started making snide, rude remarks as she waited for the remade one. Save yourself the headache, dont order from here.

They forgot four items and we had to constantly remind them that we were missing things. After 10 minutes we finally got everything only to find that the sandwiches were made incorrectly and the hash browns were forgotten. Save yourself some trouble and go to a different Dunks

Staff here are rude and not friendly. The lady working behind the counter today didn’t say a single word to me. Very unpleasant!! Plenty of other dunkins close to go to besides this one.
