There is maybe 2 of the crew workers that are actually polite. Other than that this place has HORRIBLE customer service. I can’t blame them because they don’t have a good example. Their manager in the morning (lady with blond hair) is the WORST one. She is ALWAYS rude and in a bad mood – ZERO customer service skills!

Cannot say how poor the service has been at this location recently. Waited five minutes at the speaker and was told “I see you’re waiting but we’re very busy” as I tapped on my drivers window. There’s plenty of other coffee shops around that can take my money. I’ve requested a response back from the manager on issues at this same location in the past with zero response.

Clean very friendly fast service. Used bathroom and was very clean as well. Left them a tip cause we should all try to leave something for employees that make min wage cause they split tips and it makes there day to have a little. Not just here but ice cream stands and farm stores anywhere a little helos everyone just like when u buy the next person a coffee it makes there day
