If you are near Crossville TN, this is the place to eat. Food, staff, and service are phenomenal! We stopped in on our way to Nashville for breakfast – absolutely fabulous! Even as out-of-town guest, the staff treated us like family.

We were only in the area because we were traveling on our honeymoon. Our goal was to avoid any chain restaurants, and we definitely were not disappointed by Family ties. If ever back in the area, we will definitely be back. The food was good the staff was amazing and the prices were great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Family Ties Restaurant is veteran owned and all its previous owners were veterans as well. Two walls in the dining area are covered with signatures of veterans who have eaten there over the years as well as other artifacts honoring them and MIAs and POWs. Oh… and the food was delicious. We ate breakfast on a Sunday morning and had to wait for a seat. This place is that popular. I had the breakfast skillet. Everything we ordered was perfect! The waitress was awesome! Family Ties is a MUST stop restaurant!

A very aged building but the waitresses and the food made up for it. We had lunch there and the waitresses were so nice and the food turned out great. They ask very specifically how we wanted the food to be cooked and they delivered.
