Overs food is ok and nothing spectacular! The seafood pasta probably the best follow by the grilled halibut. The pork tenderloin with cheese rather too heavy. The oyster not so briny as I like, the egg plant and crab cake just so so .. . Recommended the mixed pasta but not so he eat. The wine list is ok with wide ranges of wine from Italian to American.

Love sharing our Anniversaries at this Phoenix classic. The fresh pasta trio is the best! Sergio takes tremendous care of us. Thank you so much for making our dinners feel special.

Came here with a friend for a birthday dinner, rolling the dice because the restaurant originally selected was closed. We were not disappointed.

I knew when we were given a basket of 2 small stale peices of bread cut in half with no butter that this was not going to be good. My shrimp was so overcooked and tough I nearly needed a knife to cut them and my scallops were cold, obviously frozen and thrown in at the last second. Congrats Avanti, you managed to ruin two of my favorite foods and no one has ever done that before. For what you charge, the food should at least be edible. Even the croutons were stale pieces of bread, no oil, no seasonings. I’m only giving the 2 stars because the guy who fills the water was great.

Delicious food and outstanding service. We had the Escargot de Bourgogne and Italian Antipasto, then the Scampi and Scallops Fra Diavolo, and the Cioppino Mediterraneo. No room for dessert but I would like to try their tiramisu next time. The escargot at Christo’s is still my hands-down favorite (entire pieces and then some and the garlic butter sauce is way better balanced and tasty), the antipasto was okay but didn’t seem to fit the price, variety-wise. The Scampi and Scallops were very tasty but the bright star of the evening was absolutely the Cioppino. I was craving Cioppino for weeks and Avanti’s Cioppino definitely delivered. Yummers!!! Beware the cocktail prices, they’re ridiculous. Two Manhattans were over $50 alone with tax and tip. Just stick to the food.

Came here for a Birthday celebration! Beautiful private room, wait staff very knowledgeable of the menu, personable, professional and patient. Food delicious, nice selection of wines as well as mixed drinks! We were approximately 30 ppl, not including a photographer, and a magician! They even allowed our cakes from the outside and brought us plates!

The food is so good and the service is amazing! I got the Halibut and the flavor and everything was perfect. The place is also beautiful, great for a date. However, it’s going to cost you a little more than the Olive Garden, but it’s totally worth it!

I’ve never had lasagna that was made so masterfully before!!! This is one of the best establishments I have ever been to in my life! It’s a great spot for date night, and nice ambiance! The menu isn’t overwhelming, and I love the service. My friends and I felt well taken care of here, and we will be back.
