Ordered online and told 14-24 minutes. Arrive 20 minutes later and not even in oven. The region needs to look at this store because they are not meeting the benchmarks set for time. Do not order from this store. They need new management or employees. Or maybe just close down. They told everyone coming in it was another 35 minute wait despite when they placed the order and encouraged people just to cancel order and walk out.
