Drove 40 miles Nashville on the last day of our holiday from England to be able to go home and say I had eaten KFC in Kentucky. Arrived at 10.40, 10 minutes after they were due to open, to be told that they wouldn’t be able to serve until at least 11.30 as they haven’t got their computer systems or ‘anything’ turned on yet. Server was very polite and apologetic. Extremely disappointing nonetheless. There wasn’t a very good excuse provided for an hours delay in opening for service in my opinion. Must stress the server was polite.

10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!! Went there for my family tonight. Service took over 30 minutes in the drive through. My chicken little snadwich was NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!!!! It was still RAW in the middle. Brainless people work there. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I Will be writing a letter to corporate.

Kentucky Fried chicken was always my favorite chicken for 20 years, but now they have changed. Went to the one in Franklin Kentucky and ordered 3 piece dark meat with potatoes and Cole slaw. The girl at the window said it was 2 thighs and a leg. when they brought my food out they said for me to check it cause they didn’t know if the order was correct. I saw 3 pieces of chicken , but when I got home it was 2 tiny legs and a breast. I don’t like white meat. The crust on original recipe was hard and greasy. They gave me 2 orders of mashed potatoes and the cole slaw was nasty. I couldn’t eat it cause it tasted spoiled. The manager is not watching what the young workers are doing when they fill your order. Will not eat there again. This is my 3rd Kentucky Fried Chicken that has messed up my order
