My very favorite KFC let me down today. I ordered a pot pie and when I got home and took it out of its pan, it looked like I ordered it veggie style. One very tiny piece of chicken only. So sad. I was looking for a wonderful lunch but I’m disappointed. I even drove out of my way because the KFC closer to me on Portage in South Bend is terrible and run very poorly. So disappointed.

Ordered over $30 of food. Checked bags……missing a pot pie. Went immediately back in. Was told they put it on top of bag. I asked them to refund it. They said that wasn’t their policy. They told me I would have to wait 23 minutes for another one because they just sold the last 2 in drive thru. Won’t be coming back here. Bad customer service.

This is the worst place anyone can eat. Thir food is terrible. Food was cold and tasted like it was freezer burned and microwaved. They server put 5 drinks on a very thin paper carrier and spilled them in my truck when he tried to hand them to me. Never I repeat never go here to eat . This place should be shut down by the food inspector. I want to call their corporate office

The only reason they get one star is because the Cole slaw and potatoes and gravy were good. Very small portions. I ordered original recipe. When I opened the chicken it was so dark, way over cooked. It was very, very salty. Worse chicken I’ve ever had. My husband fed most of his to our dogs. Never go back to that KFC again. Not sure if I’ll go back to any of them. Stick to Martins chicken.
