Ordered this pizza and when receiving it I checked it immediately and it’s burnt. When I asked why it’s burnt the girl said “it’s not burnt, it’s thin crust” and continued to argue with me. I was on the clock so I left and called the store immediately. Then the manager (I believe he said his name was Luke?) also argued he was at the cutting station and it was only well done. Well I’d have left atleast a 4 star if they were willing to replace this burnt pizza. But they only wanted to literally argue with me. Browned crust is well done, black crust is burnt.

Domino’s in Willmar’s 1st Street location in front of store, advertised medium 1 topping pizza for $4.99, Saturday only. I called and they said it was no longer available. So I ordered something else. Then, when I got there, I tried online with the code and it worked perfectly. They told me over the phone, it was over, then said it was still available and then again said she was right, and that the discount was no longer available. But I got it online for the discount price. And with the discount, it did NOT have the garlic seasoned crust like normal. I still love Domino’s pizza, but let’s not screw ppl over and also make the pizza’s the right way. Please do better.

2 Terrible experiences — First one was last year when they said our order would be another 15 minutes when we were 5 minutes past when it said it should be done. I wanted to cancel the order and leave but my wife didn’t let me. After so long of not having it tonight, my wife was in town with her mom and our infant for groceries and said I should place the order when she was checking out. I did this at 8:35 p.m. and it said it should be done between 8:50 and 9:00 p.m. — After nursing our son she got there a little after 9:00 and the driver through worker said it was just being worked on now and their manager apparently decided to send everyone home. Take note this is a Friday and when they have this 50% off all pizzas special so what genius manager would do that? So now my wife is stuck waiting probably 15 – 20 minutes with our son in the car and also groceries which include milk and such. -_- This is why we always pick any of the other pizza places. Jake’s is awesome — Giovanni’s is awesome — Pizza Ranch Rocks — Thousand Degree’s deal for 2 can’t be beat. — WHY does Dominos suck when it comes to service? Isn’t your slogan something about 30 minutes or less and it’s free with delivery? Well shouldn’t carry out / drive through be quicker than that?!

We have ordered domino’s twice in the last two weeks. First time it them over an hour to get our pizza. Gave them the benefit of the doubt though they might of been busy. Ordered again this week, the text said our pizza was in the oven and that it would be in 8 to 10 minutes. Went there when the time was up, got our pizza. It was cold, our wings were horrible it looked like they had just drizzled the Buffalo sauce on them. I don’t know what is going on, domino’s get your things back in order! You just lost a customer!
