First time stopping in for lunch. The fish sandwich caught my eye and was a great choice. Crispy and not greasy battered redfish topped with flavorful coleslaw. Also can’t go wrong with outriggers tacos. We started with the crab dip which was good. Service was slow but passable. Will be back!

Our lovely waitress brought me a sample of the lobster bisque, I would order it every time I come here. We had the mahi mahi tacos and the King Ranch chicken sandwich. We would order the tacos again but not the sandwich. It was huge!

We had dinner at Schafer’s with family, and it was delicious!! The lemon pepper chicken was perfect! My daughter ordered a hamburger with a side of brussel sprouts, and she ate every bite! Everyone loved their meals, and there were no leftovers! The waiter was very courteous and helpful, and the view of the lake was great, too! We’ll definitely be back!

We dropped by for lunch on a Friday. Wait staff was on point and our waiter, Kyle, was awesome. He was attentive and always checked up to make sure our food and drinks were to our expectations. We ordered fish ceviche and fish tacos. The seafood was well prepared and tasted fresh. We sat on the covered patio, which was actually cooler than inside.

This restaurant is wonderful. The food is incredible and the service is awesome. The blacken redfish tacos are the best fish tacos in the area. The Snapper Schafer (blackened Snapper with pasta and lump crab) is remarkable. John Schafer (Owner) is often on location and is always a great host. Alex has waited on us many times and is truly a fantastic waiter. Also, the tuna appetizer as well as the steak appetizer are great! Give Schafer’s a try, you will love it!

I have been here maybe 6 times now. Never even came close to having issues with food or bev or temp or anything. Great everytime. Valentine’s Day is my favorite bc the the menu changes to like all 4 of my favorite proteins. Thursday night upstairs is Industry Night so if you work with Petro/Chemical you get lots of free drinks and appetizers. They also have a Ribeye that is delicious. Their servers all so far are very professional yet casual and comfortable – not all snooty. So that is huge for me. Their views are of the boats and water. Their bar is very impressive they have some harder to find bottles and offer a deep selection plus the run of house liquors oc. The most important attribute for me is they have front row parking for Golf Carts. And for that, I LOVE YOU!

I walked in and was told the kitchen was closed so we turned around and walked out to the truck in front of the restaurant and the manager was standing on the balcony above the kitchen.. I said hello and he asked how we were doing and I told him I would be better if I could get dinner. He said go back inside and tell the bartender he said we could order dinner and it was also my girlfriend’s birthday so he bought us dessert too. All in all a very nice experience and great food that will have you walking out stuffed like a bear LoL. I give them a 10 for service and the food was amazing too ..
