I have been going regularly weekly. The sandwiches tastes delicious. But, there is always something I added extra on my order from the app, and it is always missing. Not sure why. It isn’t a huge issue, just something I have noticed.

Food and service were mediocre at best. Ordered three medium sandwiches and with only one person ahead of us, waited almost 20 minutes. One sandwich which was supposed to have bacon, didn’t. Another sandwich that was supposed to have no onion, had onion. Compared to any other Firehouse Subs I’ve been to, this location is really skimping on the amount of meat on the subs. All around a thumbs down.

The manager is so rude and disrespectful. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. He belittles his employees to the point it’s cringy to watch. His demeanor is so nasty I won’t ever go to this location again. You all need to seriously consider hiring someone else. I didn’t even purchase my item’s because of his attitude and disrepute towards his employees and me.

Ordered a medium sub and the amount of ingredients on the sub equaled that of a small. Very little ingredients. Very disappointing. I was there 2 weeks prior and the manager made the same sandwich and it was done properly. I did not check order before I left because I have not had to do so before. Lessons learned.

Yeah, not gonna come back here. We ordered two subs, a meatball and a prime rib. Meatball was decent, the prime rib was so so bad. It was more like a poor man’s cheesesteak On top of that, really cold attitudes from the staff.

This has been a very consistent Firehouse location in recent years. Service is friendly and accommodating, the food is always tasty and out in a timely manner. Only complaint is that recently some subs have been lighter on ingredients, but otherwise this is a good location.

I spent my last $14 on this garbage food. I order a club on a sub, which is a toasted sub with turkey, ham, bacon and cheese. I ordered it with no onion, add cucumber. I get a cold sandwich with just bacon, lettuce and tomato on it. I didn’t check my food until I got home, so I had to drive back to get it fixed. I open it up to see that it wasn’t toasted, again, it at least had meat and cheese on it, but didn’t have any cucumbers. And, it tasted vile. Do not go here.
