They don’t always have everything but they rotate flavors pretty often so keep coming back. The kids work hard and make my daughter’s day with ice cream… But my waist suffers.

Stopped to have a cup of coffee and a donut wit it. It was around 6 pm, coffee was okay, bought 3 donuts. They were out of almost everything. Had my heart set on cruller but they were out of about 80 percent of donuts. Ended up taking a maple frosted glazed donut. Then took 2 filled donuts one with jelly and one with a pudding like filling. Kind of dissappointed.

Dunkin donuts use to be open and ready for business at 5 A.M everyday, it is now 6:48 A.M and CLOSED. I parked to go inside, the front doors are locked. Employees seen I attempted to open the front door and ignored the fact that a customer would like to come in. Apparently management can’t get it together and has advised their employees to not open the front door. I called to clarify to be sure that the vicinity was in operation and is open for business. The girl “Gaby” mentioned that I can not come in due to a busy drive thru, “1 car at the pick up window and 3 cars behind it waiting”, also mentioned I can not walk through the drive thru due to safety precautions of traffic. “WELL THEN OPEN YOUR FRONT DOORS”, was my idea. I presume that the pumpkin spice donuts are selling out due to slow staff and service, bad management that probably doesn’t take responsibility for ones company. I hope this does get recognized and resolved immediately. I also understand that only bad reviews are only what get posted a majority of the time, but this recognition of business must be noticeable for customers that intend to bring a business service with intent of support and growth at an early hour. Dunkin donuts in Bernalillo,NM might consider only selling lunch and dinner due to lack of customer serivce and preparation in a timely manner of OPEN hours.

This place is seriously struggling. I can’t mobile order anymore because sometimes the drive through takes over 20 minutes and who can wait for that? I’ve abandoned several orders and had to request refunds from Dunkin customer service online. It used to be a favorite place to visit and even after 10+ tough interactions I still went. Today will be my last time visiting. Which is a bummer because I enjoy their coffee and snacks. Often time the staff is still friendly but a coffee and donuts drive through should not take 25 minutes. There are(were?) Several female employees who i love getting to see and are always so nice. I hope this place figures it out.

Why is it that Dunkin’s service is terrible. We ordered something quick and they took so long because they were giving us the wrong thing. It’s early in the morning and they don’t have apple fritters, no chocolate glazed and then they do have one apple fritter. Then the lady says “sorry our baker is behind”????? Are you serious? It was bad that the person behind us in the drive thru just went by that it didn’t stop to get their buy!! Terrible, should shut it down!!

I ordered a black coffee with a cinnamon raison bagel not toasted. I got a latte with a toasted plain bagel. It was drive thru because the inside was closed. They gave no napkins. I’d give 0 stars if possible since they got 0 right

This place can’t manage their drive through or get any order right. I just got another one that I should have checked before I drove off-wrong bagel. Seriously-how hard is “plain bagel”?!?! They’re consistently out of basic ingredients (skim milk, eggs…) and take forever to get things made.

Horrible customer service. The two young men were unhappy to be working and moving at a snail’s pace. He didn’t even get our donuts right for a dozen. They didn’t welcome anyone in and didn’t thank anyone for being there. Fortunately the donuts were good but with that kind of customer service I wouldn’t go back to wait for 15 -20min just to get some donuts. And the bathroom was disgusting. The sitting area was a mess and it was crazy hot inside.
