When they can’t get your order correct or your drinks at the right time and have you drive around the block to come back to get them and she sits on her phone and there’s people waiting to order through the drive-through and then when I tell them that they messed up my order they walk away horrible customer service they do not listen to what you want. Ordered check your bag before you leave and even if you tell him right then in there they don’t fix it.

I was the only person there, no line inside or out and yet I received cold food. Burger was basically thrown in the wrapper since lettuce was falling out as I was pull the burger out of the bag. I also ordered chili cheese fries and only got cheese, no chili. Extremely disappointed and highly recommend going somewhere else.

Went through the drive thru and the worker was in such a rush for our order they kept asking, even when we said we needed a second to review the menu. There were no cars behind us. The worker sarcastically said “onneee mississippiiii” into the mic, just entirely unprofessional. Then they asked us to pull forward to the arrow after paying. The car behind us started laying on the horn and yelling for us to move, but we hadn’t received our order yet. A worker came out and made us actually leave, it took 2 u-turns and 3 red lights to get back to the restaurant. No apology at all.

I just went to the drive thru only ordered two meals for $20 and had to wait for them another 5 min and when we got our food after having to wait it was cold, my hamburger was under cooked, fries where cold. The worst customer service! Will never go back! And Will NEVER waste my money here again!! Next time I’ll just.go.to McDonald’s!
