Went through drive through. Spent 41.00 did not get receipt in bag, order was wrong. I called got no answer for 3 days!! Chicken was so dry, biscuits were rock hard. Ordered Cole slaw was given 2 servings or potatoes.

There were dirty tables. The person taking our order put it in incorrectly. There were about six to seven people that work there that came out to sit in the dining room apparently to end their shift, but they did nothing to clean anything. The macaroni and cheese was burnt. There was almost no gravy on the mashed potatoes. I have not been to this establishment in probably 10 years because of my last experience. It was the same thing, no one cleans anything and the lack of customer service is atrocious. I will definitely not be back there again, ever!

I really like the original chicken at this location it’s pretty good this is a four piece Meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and it comes with one biscuit and a drink, I gave this review 4 stars because the crispy chicken is good at times but most of the times it’s not but I never had any bad experiences with the original chicken. I tried the new chicken sandwich here at this location I’d rather grab a chicken sandwich from Popeye’s Chicken. I wasn’t to happy with KFC chicken sandwich at this location It was to dry, but other then that everything else is always delicious…

I just picked up a $24 order, can’t give you exact amount because I wasn’t given a receipt. The chicken was awful, overcooked and dry. I’m sure it has been sitting for a long while. I attempted to call the Monroeville store where I made my purchase, no one answered the phone. I was there at approximately 6:30 PM so this is dinner time, no reason for food to be sitting and even if it’s slow, you should not sell old food. I purchased a #2, 3 piece meal, an order of 8 nuggets and a 3 piece planks, just terrible but something tells me no one will care!

I spent $65 on a large meal for my children and I… I ordered a 16-piece meal and eight piece chicken and some extra sides on the side. I ordered from the Monroeville location… the macaroni was dry… I understand they make this stuff in the morning and they put it into containers and place it in the warmer, but after a while the food starts drying out. I ordered a 16-piece meal and out of the 16 pieces there were two breast and all the rest were thighs. I called this location and did not get no answer I called the corporate number and was on hold for a long period of time. What happened at KFC over the years. This is my first job back when I was 16 and the customer service and food quality has declined tremendously.

I wish I could tell the world how great your customer service is. The food was delicious and surprisingly fresh. I’m impressed with ur service, keep it going please. The world needs great employers like u that train their staff properly. If management has it together then the staff will as well. It’s all ab servicing ur customer swiftly and accurately and boy, u guys mastered it! The food was perfect, did I say that already? Somebody pinch me? Amazin’ thanks! The chicken was crisp, great texture and color, juicy, soft but firm delicious biscuits (I need the biscuit recipe pls), the cookie was soft and edible, the chicken littles were made with love… k, bye. Oh and ur chicken little is very similar to Popeyes chicken sandwich, just a smaller version. They stole ur recipe lol kidding but the similarity is there!

Showed up at the location on 5/15/23. For a pickup order. The whole staff was outside hanging out. When we pulled up to the drive thru they didn’t even go back in. Unfortunately we already ordered ahead and couldn’t even leave. When we finally got our food home the order was missing parts as well.
