Don’t buy Arbys shakes their larges are now medium and medium is small this is what they sold me for $4.19 and didn’t tell me or show me this shake til after I paid it’s like 2/3 the size for the same price I’ll never get shakes from these sneaky cheapskates again. and I just noticed when they said their sizes changed so did the fries, these are supposed to be large but their medium now and don’t tell you until after you pay and find out even though it’s smaller portions it’s the same price, what a rip off scam

I just had the worst fast food meal ever. The curly fries were cold, burnt, and old. The cheddar roast beef sandwich was also cold. The sandwich is smaller than before and had very little meat. I won’t be going back to Arby’s. Sad… Arby’s used to be a big treat growing up.

The store appeared to be under renovations. The floor was missing like it had been ripped out and not replaced. Overall the food was good, but they lacked support staff to stay on top of things. Not totally their fault but still part of it

I mean for the price you pay. I used to love the roast beef and cheddar, and the regular roast beef sandwiches. But the quality has seemed to gone down hill over time. The last several times I have been the meat was black and burned, and the buns were hard and over cooked also. The sliders for a buck during 2-5pm hally hour are still a good deal and usually tasty.

The restaurant is nice and the service is good. The meat has a slight off flavor to it. You know when you get produce grown in a greenhouse and it tastes slightly off? Arbys roast beef tastes like greenhouse beef.
