We visited this establishment for breakfast around 10:45 am. There were 2 waitresses to serve around 12 people at the time we arrived. We ordered 2 small Cuban sandwiches ($7.50 each). And what a disappointment we were when we received our order, which took about half an hour to arrive, but the waitress told us that they had only made 1 sandwich instead of 2… and it seems that they were short on pork because I didn’t even have 1 ounce of pork…..Technically I bought a Ham and Swiss Cheese Sandwich, mayonnaise, and mustard. The best was the orange juice and the colada. In addition, customer service has to be greatly improved since there were people who were waiting to order and many of them left without orders like a girl who sat at the bar got tired of waiting for the waitresses and only ordered a soda and left . At least they should acknowledge customers with a Good Morning, I’ll be taking your order right away in a few minutes.

I order a milanesa I guess they really confused how prepare one first they give a breaded chicken dry no cheese nothing else just a dry breaded chicken I went back they don’t want to change it neither re do it so they took my food put some Swiss cheese on top and warmed it in microwave how unbelievable is this worst customer service I will never eat here I don’t recommend this place

I heard about this place on the DJ Laz show so I figured the callers liked it so let’s try it. Let’s start off with the service. There was none. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and it had one slice of ham and cheese and no pernir, l was basically eating mayo mustard and pickels on cuban bread. My husband ordered a steak sandwich which was tasteless and the steak itself was slightly thicker then a sheet of paper. Atmosphere.. if you like drunks coming in and using the slot machines in the back then this is your kind of place. A one (1) star rating is toooo much for this place. A BIG disappointment.

Small and clean place. I went for lunch with my wife after a recommendation from a family member. The food was good, but too greasy for our palate. The prices were reasonable. The lady who attended us was very nice and we felt like at home. For people who love fried stuff and not worry about a balanced healthy food or a low-moderate calories menu, this is the place to go for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
