This is one of the worst operated fast food places I’ve ever been to. The Staff here after 9pm or so games the system and only takes one order from the drive thru every 5-10 min. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is terrible. Go to the location on shepherd, it’s way faster and not that far away.

One fixing food other on the drive Thru (one on the DT looked liked she wasn’t there all the way, ) the problem I had was her touching the food with one glove on and then going back abd forth to DT /touching food without changing gloves and thrn touching the headpiece with the glove on her hand

The store located at 3356 Scott St. Houston Tx 77004 is almost never open for inside pick up orders. There have only been a handful of times I’ve been able to walk in other times I either had to drive if I was able to or when they didn’t refuse me they would give it to me through the window. I definitely feel this is completely unacceptable because today May 4th I saw at least 3 maybe 4 people in there working so there should’ve been no reason for the inside to have been closed other than the fact they were being lazy. I’m sure this will probably reach No one but I definitely feel this needed to be said. I already pick and choose when to eat at this location but this may be my last time.

This location is so horrible and disrespectful to its customers. I arrived around 9:45pm to pick up a delivery order. Upon arrival there was a young lady in line in front of me on a electric scooter. She had placed a mobile order and they were withholding her food because of the fact “ She wasn’t inside a physical vehicle. “ I sat in line for about 10 minutes watching as they told her there was nothing they could do And walked away from the window leaving her to be clueless as to why she couldn’t receive her already paid order. Hearing this conversation I stepped in after 10 MORE minutes. A male worker told me I should get back in my vehicle and a scooter isn’t a car. So I proceeded to ask what were the standard for bicycles, motorcycles and semi truck drivers being that they would be in her situation as well. They continued to just say well a electric scooter isn’t a vehicle. So DISCRIMINATORY SO RUDE! I told her she could get in my vehicle and I’ll get the order. Once I got to the window a worker looked at her and said “ Great so you just took someone’s car” and shoved her the food. THAT NIGHT STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED . This Entire establishment needs to be shut down. They’re rude! Discriminatory and just not professional. I myself have worked for a Taco Bell in the past And aThis Is Not how you treat people on bicycles, scooter etc!

Not only do they forget entire items from your order, but they never answer the phone. Additionally, corporate email sent and called the customer service line, waited ringing for 1/2 an hour. No answer there either.

Food service and customer service was horrible. Came in and bought a steak power bowl and the rice wasn’t done, the rice almost broke my tooth. Then upon returning the remainder of the almost full power bowl the manager had a problem with exchanging my order for another item. This restaurant most definitely need an upgrade in management and staff. This type of service is 100 % unsatisfactory for food service.

Great food, but high turnover rate of employees means orders are inaccurate. Highly recommended to verify your entire order before leaving. Today’s experience is I ordered via app, requested 10 mild sauces, received a potpourri, least of which are mild.
