I recently visited the Buffalo Wing Factory and overall, my experience was just okay. The food was average and didn’t really stand out to me. The service was decent, but nothing particularly noteworthy. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which was appreciated. There was plenty of parking available, which was convenient. There was also a bar on site for those who wanted to enjoy a drink with their meal. The restaurant also offers carryout and delivery through various apps, which is a nice option for those who prefer to enjoy their food at home. All in all, I would recommend the Buffalo Wing Factory if you’re looking for a casual dining experience with decent food and service.

It truly bums me to write this review. This place was my lunchtime “go to” for years and was great. But in the past 6 months, they’ve nosedived. The last 4 takeout orders (including the most recent online order) all took 30 minutes+ longer than they said it would. And in this most recent order, the buffalo chicken cutlet on their sandwich had been so over-fried, that it was the consistency of shoe leather, couldn’t be bitten through (and tasted bitter from over-cooking) so I had to toss it.

The wings look sad and have NO HEAT.. I ordered lemon pepper, spicy ranch, spicy garlic butter, and Peruvian Verde. The wings are dry. The lemon pepper was not mixed well, very very salty and doesn’t have any lemon taste, NO HEAT. Big chunks of salt stick on few wings, and other wings had nothing. The spicy garlic butter was not even mixed, the wings were just place on top of the sauce; so little amount of sauce to even dip, and NO HEAT. Peruvian Verde is okay, still looking sad, AND NO HEAT. Spicy ranch taste okay, but where is the spicy part? NO HEAT AT ALL. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

The manager, TJ, is a wonderful man and all the staff are so incredibly friendly. They go out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. I had some issues with my door dash delivery and Justice on the phone was very friendly and quick to help!

Wings in sauces of various flavors, it was an unexpected surprise the delicious taste of the sauces. My favorite is the bulgogi but they are all good, new Orleans, teriyaki, honey mustard, Caribbean,… To your liking, very nice atmosphere, clean and welcoming place. Sport, beer, hot wing, the best combination, to hang out, watch a game of your favorite sport and share the factory is the perfect point. And the service is excellent highly recommend.

Went to pick up a mobile order. They forgot my drink so I had to sit and wait for it. Then I asked if I could get an extra ranch (there’s no option to choose that on the website) they charged me 64 cents and took 5 minutes to go get it. Once I finally got home I realized that I was given blue cheese as one of them, which I didn’t ask for. I couldn’t even finish my wings because a few of them were bloody.
