Not sure what it is about Waffle House, we don’t go often but when we do go the food really hits that spot!! Azylnn (yep I spelled her name wrong ..sorry girl) but she was so sweet! She was very busy with other guests so I get that she was a bit behind on refilling drinks and such but she did her best to take care of ya! Food came out hot and delicious and a huge thank you to the Woman cook who was cleaning and disinfecting her prep stations between meals she was preparing. That’s a huge plus!!

I went 2 days in a row to order the exact same thing. Pecan waffle and a hash brown. The first day took like 15 mins and food was good. The second day the waffle and hash browns were super tiny. Not even half the regular portion. The same two servers were there available to take my order both days. Im not sure if they did this on purpose because I didn’t tip for both to go orders. There was nothing extraordinary about their interaction. And they didn’t even serve me because it was to go. So there is nothing to tip for. It is quite literally the least that can be done – take an order, charge, and handle the order. And with this experience, one feels the opposite of whatever inspires tipping.

Terrible service. Placed a to-go order watched several people come in, sit, eat and leave never got acknowledged that I was still waiting for my food. Got up to ask about my order and the lady who placed it was no where to be found for at least 15 minutes. Most likely gave my food to the gentleman ahead of me. Only quick service was my refund.
