I was always a fan of the Enchiritos that Taco Bell used to have in the 70s and 80s so, when I heard that they were bringing them back for a limited time, I decided to drop in and have a couple for old time’s sake. Based on the advertising I had heard, it sounded like you had to order these using their app, which I really didn’t want but yet was prepared to do just to get them. When I went into the store I found out that wasn’t the case by a very helpful woman ( Kari ) who waited on me. She took my order, with the modifications I wanted, and then very shortly afterwards I received my order. It was done EXACTLY and I had requested and the food was very good. After I was done eating I decided to go back to the counter to make sure I told the employees that the food was excellent and that I was appreciative, which was well received.

Drive through Fond du Lac for work. Stop at this Taco Bell often. Very consistent with good personalities and attitudes from the workers. Even when there Is a line in the drive thru, we’ve never had an exhausting wait (they get the orders out in a very timely manner). We often order boxes with different items. They never have mixed up the items or put the wrong things in the wrong boxes. They’ve never screwed up our order. And the food is always hot and fresh.

Very friendly employees, very quick to make the meal ordered. Very appealing in terms of looks and staff. Some of the food was a bit sloppy how it was made, but I don’t mind it wasn’t a huge mess. Excellent place to stop for quick bite.

Food was cold.. Service was terrible. We waited at least 45 minutes for a Mexican pizza and two tacos in the drive thru. If there had been a way to get out of line, we would have. We won’t be going back to this location again.

Almost every time I’m in this Taco Bell something is wrong. Some workers make rude faces and are not welcoming, this really upsets me every time. I started going all the way across town to the other Taco Bell because of this behavior. The blonde female with a pony tail and glasses always makes rude faces, and I often hear the big tall guy with black hair yelling in the kitchen while I try to enjoy my food. There’s always something added to my food that I didn’t ask for. I asked for a chicken quesadilla. VERY unprofessional and inappropriate, AND MY FIESTA POTATOES WERE COLD.

Apparently they limit you on how many items you can order. Went there last night and placed two orders through the drive thru. The girl said only if they are small orders of 5 items or less…. Gave me nothing but attitude and a scowl the entire time, shoved the orders at me and found that the hard shell tacos were smashed.
