Nothing special here! Just flavorless frozen beef. Haven’t tried their limited selection of plate lunches but you’re better off going to Wendy’s if you want a good burger. Or better yet, Burgersmith.

My wife and I are buying a house in the neighborhood, and when I did a Google search this place was right at the top. We decided to stop in and check it out. My wife and I both are particular about our hamburgers. I will just summarize this way, we will definitely go back. This looks like a fun place on a Friday or Saturday night. We definitely give it a five-star rating.

I was sad when they moved from Gonzales but happy to know that they were coming to the Westside. I have always loved their twisted wings and fries, I just started to try other things on the menu. However, I was able to go in for the lunch buffet a few times and they were so good. The food was delicious. I can’t wait to catch them for Sunday Brunch. They are so sweet and accommodating, if something is wrong I assure you they will make it right. We need more customer compassion and great service like this around the area.

Place was a bit hot, seemed a tad unkempt overall, despite the overall look / feel of the decor, which seemed to suggest it was a business being invested in by the owner as opposed to a failing one… spotted a bucket of onions behind the PA system in the corner of the dining area lol. Bathroom was lacking paper towels, was pretty dingy overall. As for our order, it was listed as to go by the cashier, of whom never asked, then when the cook inquired about the aforementioned, we said we would be dining in, they still packed it for go, like what can you not comprehend. Fries were alright, had a decent seasoning, burgers were good, except the bacon was forgot on one, the toppings were absurdly skimpy. They were not busy, at all literally us, one window pickup.. front porch needs a smoking area judging by all the butts on the ground. Would have gave 2 stars but food itself was decently tasty so I can’t hate to much, basically rallys w special sauce. Overall the place needs more upkeep, get the employees headspace more into the task at hand.

I feel like when you have a restaurant it’s no need to rush to make food for the customer. I was expecting better from this place. My fries were cold and old. My burger was not good at all the lettuce was old and I got the end of the lettuce you cut off and throw away that was on my burger. I tried calling no answer, the mailbox is full. I hope it gets better over here. It stays packed over there. If they servicing this to GO maybe I need to eat in. I’ll try this place one more time and eat in.

Menu items not available is always a turn off. The fries were hot but terribly overcooked and dry. Also the server taking orders was frantic, disorganized, over apologetic and carelessly inept in her role. She lacked a certain professionalism that newer establishment trying to distinguish themselves need. I was hopeful when I found the Twisted burger but left utterly twisted up and dissatisfied. The hot bar smelled delightful, maybe I just had the wrong thing on that day!
