Went there and ordered three piece chicken, two piece fish in the drive-through, and when I open the box, the pieces of chicken look like shrimp, a little bigger than their shrimp and their fish so overly cook it was the size of free chicken nugget. After discussing it with the lady at the window, she told me that’s just how it comes in you get what you get that comes out of the bag. I will not be returning. This was awful . They have lost our business. You would’ve thought they would’ve at least offered to replace the meal or if they were gonna put small pieces it would only be one or two not the entire meal. They could’ve offered to add an extra couple pieces to the towel. None of the meat was equivalent to one regular piece of the fish or chicken.

This place has been completely renovated. Seating and decor were nice and the place was pretty empty for dining in. Only complaint is that the air conditioning was set so low you better eat your food quick before it ices over. All in all a good improvement. Still on the pricer end of fastfood but it’s expected.

Worst visit in the last ten times we have been here. Normally, they are great. FIVE STARS. They were a little busy. We were in the drive-Thru in 40 minutes. We ordered three regular meals. So it shouldn’t have been something that was very time consuming. Then I had to go back in and get something they forgot.

They gave us one to many plates of food. We informed them right away. The girl left the food on our table for 5 minutes. She come back and said she would take it since we did not pay for it. I am pretty sure they gave it to the next customer. Just sayin if you made a mistake don’t take it back and sell to the next in line. I am completely grossed out.

Morristown TN location is horrible. You can be the only person there and you have to wait 20 minutes or longer just for a fish sandwich. Forget about the drive thru and they don’t answer their phone even if you call for 30 minutes straight. Night shift is the worst.

This new renovation must have been something else because OMG the food was the best I’ve had from Long John’s. Their fish taco combo is the best and their crab cakes are unbelievable. A little bummed they advertise lobster bites but our location didn’t have them. Either way, great experience.
