Sometimes you just want a great pizza, great pricing helps and delivered fast and hot well there is your icing on the cake. Pizza Guys has a great selection of specialties, and you can always build your but never have I had a bad Pie or long wait plus order directly thru their website and get points without having to sacrifice your 17 year credit history but free pizza’s are relatively easy to earn with their points program (Talking about that free pizza I got in photo ) if you have never tried you should, if it’s been a while much better than a few years ago, if you’ve been a regular you probably didn’t need my review but truly great place and isn’t gouging as some places seem to be doing lately

Ordered from the Folsom location (first time) $33 with tip on my CC. I live less than 10 minutes away on Coloma St. Pizza was 20+ minutes late and the delivery guy argued with me the because it was dark and raining he couldn’t figure out which house it was even though I described the cars out front and in the driveway. Then he complained that the car in front was blocking one of the two posted house numbers (i.e. one on the 3′ gate) and the second in BIG numbers on the front door (completely visiblefrom acrossthe street. Not to mention by the time it arrived it was cold and I had to re-heat it in the microwave and they didn’teven offer me a cupon or reduced cost or a free pizza next time. Apparently Pizza Guys delivery drivers don’t use Google Maps and don’t understand that this is the job they chose ( your in the service industry). Not sure if I’ll ever go back.

Horrible manager. We ordered pizza-20 minutes before pickup-without mushrooms and had to wait for a remake because they put mushrooms on it. The manager told us she is remaking it because she didn’t want us to go home and see the mistake and have to come back. We told her we always check the pizza anyway, but she explained that we cannot due to COVID they seal their pizza boxes so we can’t check it in store. Then they remade the pizza and brought it to us-unsealed-so we checked it, again with a second mess up. Causing us to wait more. We asked for two ranches, not knowing it cost extra, so we asked if we could have it for free in honor of their multiple mistakes. The manager then got upset and told us we have to pay for it next time and had a continuous attitude with us. Wasted time and horrible service.

Pizza Guys is a good break from other restaurants. It is a little cheaper than say Round Table, but good quality. They have really flavorful sausage compared to other places.

I ordered for pick up and parked in the ‘Contactless Pickup’ space; however, no one came out. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I went in….it had been ready for about 15 minutes. The food was GREAT though, and the price was fairly reasonable…$35 for a medium specialty pizza and a side of bacon cheese bread.

Delivery guy had front desk call up to my room when he got there . And front desk lady said she explained to him the shortest route to get to my room but he insisted she call . I was told $41 over phone but when I went down stairs it was $48. So I didn’t have enough money so I had to call up to the room and have my nephew bring down more money during that time and he told me he was gonna step outside and wait because he was in a hurry I proceeded to give him the money without a test and then when I looked at my pizzas the sticker that they put on from my benefit on the Xfinity box is ripped and Torn. I called manager and all he did was say he will have a talk with him
