Years ago I used to do fundraising with Papa Murphy’s cards. They were a great savings and we ate their pizza often, so I had a number of cards. I recently came across 2 cards. Because they are very old, I realize pizza prices have changed, but the cards had NO expiration date on them. The store manager was rude when I asked if any of the coupons could still be used. They had a $3 off coupon that I thought should still apply. When I repeated that they had no expiration date on them…she said “Maybe if they were from a year ago”. No other type of discount was offered either. It would be nice if businesses backed their own savings programs.

I always love stopping here for a great food experience. You can order online or in store. Their ingredients are fresh, never old or frozen. The employees are always friendly no matter what time you are there. The menu is easy to read and you can usually find coupons online. The store is clean and well stocked with food other than pizza. There are salads, sodas and dessert options available. There always remember benches to sit on while you wait or you can watch your pizza being made.

The worst I ever had. Ordered the chicken bacon stuffed. There was absolutely no cheese in side of it, red onions instead of the mixed onions and barley a sprinkle of cheese on top. And after cooking for nearly 1 hour the crust was still doughy. Would never again spend 18.00 on pizza from you again.

Ordered over the phone for pick up. The staffers are always friendly, clean, masked and quick to get you checked out. My order is always ready when they say it will be, and the pizza is always perfectly topped and oven ready. The store is clean and smells inviting. The prices are reasonable and expected. They do a great job here. Keep up the good work Papa Murphy’s in Neenah.

Got my kids and their friends two thin crust pizzas tonight. Both pizza’s stuck to the cardboard so bad, that we couldn’t even eat them. So I had to call and go back. Yes they gave me two more with no charge… But now I gotta make everyone wait twice as long to eat. And had to drive back across town to get new ones. And they told me they must of used to old left over crust from Halloween. Then the new ones kind of stuck too. And it’s expensive and not even that good.

Terrible crust, very bitter tasting, chewy, and sticks to the cooking pan. Toppings were sparse. Sauce seems ok. Had both red and white sauce, red was better in terms of flavor. But honestly just get a Roma or Jacks and save yourself the money for the same level of shame and disappointment.
