Horrible service. Waited over thirty minutes to be seated even though almost half of the tables were empty and needing bused. Then we were seated and waited an hour for our meal. We were never offered drink refills and didn’t receive the complimentary bread. Waitress never returned until our meal came out. Definitely not worth the $65 cost for two adults and a toddler. Our friends ate the same night and their waitress left in the middle of her shift. They got their meal before their salads.

Interesting place. Server is only reason the place gets any stars. Food was mediocre at best, steak was overcooked, brisket was dry, bread was like rubber. Then another gal tried to clear out our plates while we were still eating! Really?

Prime rib was very cool inside as if it was refrigerated before it was sent out, fries were extremely greasy and didn’t bring out free bread unless asked. Service was poor based on only 3 groups of people eatting in here and very overpriced for the low quality foods. Drinks were the only reason i gave it two stars. One of the best long islands i have tried in grand island. Doesnt make up for the food. Maybe after 4 of them you wouldn’t be able to tell that the food was well below average.

I am extremely disappointed. Our server was not knowledgeable about the menu items we asked about. As wewe got our food, the first (and second) potato was very late and was not done. We paid good money to eat great food and we paid for crap. Don’t even get me started on the steak. I expected a manager to come out with the concern we had, but we saw no one but our server. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

I had an awesome waitress..chelsea,twice in my 3 visits that week. Food was beyond delicious. .I got sirloin,cooked just like I asked..one night I got french dip and last night I got the ribeye. Awesome flavor with all of them. Dessert was great too!

Waited for food for over an hour and a half. Extremely poor service throughout. Restaurant had maybe 6 tables and 3 servers. Food came out cold, medium steaks were beyond rare, and overall qualify was unsatisfying and poor. No remorse for the poor service and a full price ticket provides more than reason enough to never eat here. Avoid!

I had the grilled slow roasted eye fillet and beans and was very impressed with the food quality and our service was friendly. The peanut bins on our table probably should have been refilled and the empty tin emptied before we sat down but a very small negative on a good dining experience. Would eat here again.

I had liked this place when I took my prom date here in 2001, but I recently went back here in 2016 and I was very disappointed with an over cooked mealy steak and we never did get our beer. Sides were not very good either. I almost never turn down taking my leftovers home but this time I left them on the table.
