Had a very unpleasant interaction with the drive-thru staff. I had missing items, which is very common at this establishment, and I proceeded to explain to them my missing items and provided them with a receipt. What I did not know, but found out later,that I handed them the wrong receipt. The employee then, decides to turn around and make fun of my mistake(the window door was open, so I heard everything). When she comes back, she tells me it’s the wrong proof of purchase, so I begin looking for the other receipt. She then begins to insinuate that I was trying to steal mash potatoes, so, I politely went through all my items to show them.

I stopped by to get a couple of chicken sandwiches with sides. I saw they have Beignets so I ordered some. I was told to pull up to the parking lot because the Beignets were still on the fryer (note; no one was behind me) I waited a few minutes before the order came out.

Food for this location was okay, had the spicy chicken sandwich and others in my group had the chicken. The boxed chicken was fresh and hot but the sandwich tasted a little old and the bun was a bit soggy. Overall not bad, I would eat here again if I am in the area.

I will not come here again. We got an eight pieces meal, and spicy chicken seems it was leftover from previous day. Very stale chicken and the side was mashed potatoes and gravy and it was filled just above the halfway mark and it looked like it’s been eaten from. For $22.56 we spent for an eight pc meal I think never again.

Employees not wearing masks properly while handling food, missing items from my order. When I asked where are my potatoes because I didn’t see them in the bag the cashier said they are probably in the box with the chicken and tried to open my food using the same gloves he just took cash with. I snatched my bag out of his hands and told him not to touch my food. The employees have thier mouths and noses exposed with thier masks on thier chins while handling food in the back. I will never go back and I have sent these pictures of the employees to the health department. You guys should take food safety more seriously.
