The lady with glasses was very unprofessional on the intercom in drive thru. Coffee was cold and no flavor after ordering my usual hot macchiato with 2 pumps of toffee extra carmel drizzle. I wouldn’t recommend them. Drive thru and parking have very tight space.

I stopped by this morning for my usual regular Venti iced shaken espresso with an added shot, I used the drive thru, which was packed to the max, I stopped by around 11 am .

I Love Starbucks and I don’t go often but when I do go out is always been great. This store is very clean but the service was not there. I was the only one in line inside but few people were waiting on drinks and the lady just stared at me , so I wait a minute and went up to order. I order a drink with hazelnut and she said “oh sorry we don’t have hazelnut right now.” I ordered my second choice which they had. The drink was so good too. Perfect coffee honestly. She didn’t ask my name which they always do elsewhere so they just call out the drink name it seems. I will be back to Starbucks just not this one.
