Ordered a giant BLT extra Bacon!!! I love jersey Mikes but dang why did you put a whole head of lettuce?!? Not to mention didn’t get my cherry relish lay off the lettuce. Can’t even taste the bacon and tomato. Once piece is missing cause I was craving and hangry. So don’t need this much lettuce. Stop it already. Ready to go back to Jimmy John’s!!! Updating from previous review. Do Not amd I mean DON NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON DRIVING BACK UO AFYER HABIMG IT DELIVERED. Once again my order was incorrect!!! Person I spoke to suggested I drive up there to correct it! nope I order delivery for a reason. Really pondering on a class action against them for incorrect orders, paying for delivery then trying to be forced to drive up and correct it!!!! Nope Hence DELIVERY!!!!!!! So tired of being charged all these fees and yet rude customer service, incorrect items, and then expecting me to waste more money driving up. Nope will NO LONGER BE ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. This location started out great, however it seems that staffing may need to be bolstered up a bit. Aside from their first month of opening, the staff present seems to always be overwhelmed with the amount of orders coming in online as well as walk-ins. They try their best from the looks of it, but you can’t adequately provide great customer service if you are constantly playing catch-up. The franchise owner needs to look at what hours are busy and help their own employees out by providing additional assistance during these shifts. It would be a shame for a well known franchise to fail due to lack of support from within.

Jersey mikes palm coast may be a smaller location but packs a punch with customer service and flavor. You are greeted with a friendly and fun staff. The food here was top notch for opening week. Look forward to trying more of the menu!

I’m from up north and I love Jersey Mike’s but I’m so disappointed in this Palm Coast location. I ordered a Mike’s Famous Philly and I’ve always gotten my sub toasted but not here. They do not toast hot subs at this location so first thing, I was not satisfied with the consistency of the bread. Second, I ordered lettuce, tomato and mayo on it and they didn’t put any of that on my sub. Third, It wasn’t busy when I was there so there’s absolutely no good reason for them to get my order wrong. DO BETTER Palm Coast!

I tried Jersey Mike’s Subs for the first time. I had a Philly Cheese Steak. Very disappointed on several levels. First, this is expensive sandwich with very little meat and mostly bread. There was so much bread; I took the bottom of the roll off of the sandwich and I still had too much bread. Second, the small amount of beef that was there had very little beef flavor. This was a sad sandwich. This was my first and last visit to this establishment.

Me and my wife have eaten at Jersey Mikes in Lake Mary a few times, and the food was terrific. So we had a gift card to Jersey Mikes and we decided to try out the new one in Palm Coast where we live. So disappointing. There were young kids in there and no adults and the kids were cutting up and messing up peoples orders. One lady’s order was so messed up that they reopened her food and pulled it apart and rewrapped it and handed it to her. Then the girl behind the counter kept saying “I have 17 minutes left, can I go home” as another man walks in with his bag and they didn’t give him his correct order. Now the girl behind the counter is say “Now I have 13 minutes left, can I go home” as customers were watching all of this unfold. So we got our sandwiches and took them home, and when we started to eat them, we looked at each other and said this is dry, and not worth eating. We will never be back to this Jersey Mikes in Palm Coast. They need to learn how to cook and have customer service experience and quit having employees behind the counter saying “Can I go Home, Can I go Home”. I have lived in Palm Coast for over 25 years and have seen restaurants come and go and I’m sure this one will go to in a matter of time. Thank goodness we had a gift card and didn’t have to pay for all of that meal. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE, AND WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE…
