I did Uber eat on my order. I got the 6 piece that suppose to came with TWO sides, BISCUIT, and the chicken, I got my chicken. Did not receive my biscuit nor my sides. They didn’t give me utensils and also did not give me my honey nor hot sauce I requested for. I am VERY disappointed!!

Since when can you not get a 8 piece chicken just the chicken? I have to get sides? (Mandatory?) There’s no way of just getting 8 pieces? I was told if I only wanted 8 pieces of chicken I would still have to pay the full price for the family meal $22.99. Any other place I can order just chicken, or the sandwich or anything. I can not believe it’s a requirement to get the meal over just eight pieces of spicy chicken…

Just got a 10 piece with mash and bombers. I’ve never seen church’s chicken fried this way.. it was so salty my family couldn’t eat the skin.. I lived too far to take it back.. horrible. Will not be coming back to this location

Order a three-piece combo with two sides and a drink and was required to purchase a dessert in order to complete the order on Uber eats. When my order arrived I did not receive my second side or the desert I was forced to pay extra for it. I keep trying to call the restaurant and I’m getting an automated error message.

They close at 10pm and LITERALLY would not take our order just now. It’s 7:18pm. No one would assist us AT ALL. Be weary of fast food restaurants attached to dirty truck stops. They probably did me and my stomach a favor by being unprofessional. Thanks so much for the incompetence.
