Ordered the 8 piece chicken only and came home with chicken and thigh, no breast and wings. My wife only eats white meat. I called out and they told me I was wrong instead of apologizing. The lady said if you want your white meat come back out but bring your order to trade your thigh with breast. I am not going to drive 10 miles to trade 4 pieces of chicken. First time here and it will be last time.

I had a desire to get a chicken sandwich and drove a few miles to this location. I asked the server if the chicken was made to order he said it is pre -cooked…well, is it still crispy? “Yes” he says. That was a gross misrepresentation of the facts. It (chicken coating) was soggy and they then add some very thin sauce to it to make the bread soggy as well. It tasted like the only spicy part was the sauce. Chicken coating did not taste spicy. Overall, a very poorly made sandwich and disappointment. The fries are good. Dining room is open on this day after a long closure.

I ordered 90 wings and two small sides this past Saturday for a get together and we had leftovers after. While pulling the wings out to reheat yesterday, we noticed a cockroach was fried into the batter of the wing. Will never eat KFC again.
