We really loved there Carne Asada fries. The portions are huge! My husband preferred if the fries had more cheese sauce, but I thought it was perfect. I asked for extra pinco so it helped us not get tired of the fries. Surprisingly it was the best beans and rice I’ve ever had at a Mexican restaurant. I was really taken back that it was that good. Great Flautas deal that day so we got it with the hibiscus drink. Very refreshing. My husband thought the fish taco was alright. It was quite big so pricing was worth it. We will be back when we need our carne asada fries and flautas fix.

I Have been eating at this restaurant for over 20 Years! Used to be called Alertos. You can order the Alertos Burrito, not on menu. My favorites have been the Carnitas Burrito and im not sure they still do the Vege Burrito, but that used to be delicious as well.

This place consistently delivers great food and service. The carne asada is marinated over night and has huge flavor. The waitress was very attentive and helpful with menu selections. Make sure to ask for the green salsa, they keep it in the back. I look forward to future visits to this hidden gem.

Food prices have gone up again! And depending on the chef, most of the time they don’t fill up the container with correct amount of food. I pay for a full size carne asada fries and they put a half portion in there. They finally brought the salsa station back but threatened to charge me extra for putting extra on my food on top of my to go salsa. They give me the same amount of salsa for 2+ entrees as they would for 1 entree only. Super stingy. I remember when 1/2 order was under $4 and full order around $6. Now full order is like $16.

I’ve been coming here for years but as time progresses the quality of the food has diminished. Ive always ordered the huevos rancheros which now don’t seem as good. The prices have increased tremendously but I wouldn’t mind had the flavors remained consistent. I don’t mind paying for good food but when it becomes insipid or oily Id rather just go elsewhere. The bean and cheese burrito is very good. Kinda pricey though. The staff and service excellent.

I usually love the food here. Though I wish they can follow through with a request. I asked for no cilantro 4 times to be clear for my burrito and I still got cilantro in my burrito. Hopefully next time. I don’t want to have to take a bite at the to-go window to make sure before I leave.
