I went close to closing and I just needed a few things. I waited behind a van in drive thru for 15 minutes or more. The guy who helped me was nice but the younger worker just starred at me rudely and made me feel uncomfortable. They were in panic mode and I didn’t get enough gravy for expensive mashed potatoes. Jalapeno poppers were good and churros….

Food is fine but really the worst customer service when I ordered at the drive thru window. The lady first didn’t hear me then she couldn’t understand my order then she cut me off and said just come to the window came to the window but just felt hostility like i was bothering her with my order. She did eventually get it right but it just felt too hard to get that chicken, not going to churches in Monrovia again.

Church’s chicken is always tasty and honestly much better than KFC and Popeyes. Too bad they don’t have more locations. Their biscuits are also much better as it’s crunchy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside. What makes their biscuits different than KFC and Popeyes is that it’s not dried inside, so you don’t have to add extra butter or money to make it easier to swallow. Their chicken is also crispy, but juicy on the inside and not overly salty. The only thing I wish they can change is to add more sides options. Classic sides are only msg potatoes, clow slaw, and fries. They should add least add corn or even green bens as classic sides.

My order was wrong, I paid for something I did not receive, and they didn’t supply me with napkins and utensils. Couldn’t go back to retrieve the rest of my order, had to be at work. When I tried to call, it never went through, and I tried more than 3 times…. Fed up……

Feel a little weird when the staff are speaking Spanish the whole time. I ordered the fish and the chicken sandwich. Did not like either. The chicken was way over cooked I couldn’t even chew it.

listen people were fighting and killing people for Popeye’s chicken sandwich. Which is crazy on any level but if a Chicken sandwich worth fighting for is Church’s. I dont get pickles on it but sub mash and gravy for the fries and dip said sandwich into gravy and mash potatoes. Those chicken cluckers got it right!
