fast service and very helpful employees considering it was my first time going. i came right before the rush when it started getting packed but either way, the line goes by pretty quick. also delish!! i made my own bowl but you can also get other dishes already made. it’s kind of like a healthier chipotle style restaurant. def recommend 🙂

I highly recommend Cava it is one of my favorites but don’t go to the el segundo location. They’re so inconsistent they forgot my free pita, multiple sauces and dips and one of my bowls was filled to 30% full.

Food here is generally very good, but we’ve encountered one issue. Any time we’ve ordered food ahead online to pick up, we’ve gotten smaller portions than the times we eat in the restaurant and are standing there as the server puts the bowl together. This makes Cava, for us, a less convenient and less visited restaurant than it would otherwise be

This CAVA serves better than others I’ve ordered from before. They hook it up, there’s so many great tasting options that are fresh and vibrant looking. I never regret having to travel to come to this one just for how great they serve here. Too bad not all the servers serve the same, I noticed there’s only one who hooks it up.

Love this place! Im from out of town and make it a point to visit here each trip. Healthy chipotle concept but with a Mediterranean spin. Can choose one of their suggested combinations or build your own. Amazing flavors and good portion size! Attached to an outdoor mall with a bunch of other shopping & food options. Plenty of places to sit outside nearby!

I’ve ate at a few different Cava locations in the past & while it was never my favorite place to eat, I knew if I had no other option for a fast, healthier meal it would do. This is my last time ever eating at Cava. I ordered a falafel bowl & the falafels were not even cooked! There were whole chickpeas in it & the inside was straight mush! I couldn’t even eat it cause I didn’t want to get sick from being served uncooked food. They also put my Pita bread on the bottom of the bowl so it was soggy by time I was ready to eat it. I’m so mad I spent money on this garbage. Do yourself a favor & don’t spend your money here.

Food was amazing, the service was exceptional (considering you have teenagers and colleague kids) buy the atmosphere was not there at all. Just grab your food and set outside in the yard and people-watch.
