Had my first and second official visit to Carolina Deli on 3/23/2023 and 6/28/2023 from my 2 doctors visits at 1 Medical Park and 3 Medical Park as well. Breakfasts was a big time hit and I definitely, absolutely, highly and positively recommend Carolina Deli for there award winning breakfast and lunchtime menu and there specialty items!!! ⌚⏰

We came to the medical parkway and noticed this little deli. We were super excited because the pastries looked great. We were looking around and asked if they happened to have coffee. The young lady was very rude and did not look at us or respond. We asked again and she nodded but did not respond or attempt to ring us up. We tried to talk to the older man who was stocking the glass case, telling him the cookies looked great and asking if he baked them all. Again, we didn’t get a response aside from him shaking his head. Another customer came up and was immediately greeted, and even offered other options from the case. we left the deli without ordering. I am very surprised at the treatment we experienced and I really wonder why there there was such a big difference. It’s obvious the employees here use customer service, but only for specific people. I hope this issue gets resolved.

First timer… the customer service was A+! I ordered a BLT (minus the Lettuce) Delicious but wait theres more…the fresh homemade baked goods WOW! Pound cake, red velvet cake, giant peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies, brownies and soooooo much more.

This place has fallen from grace I purchase a breakfastI had hoped for something fresh however the sausage was pre-process microwave and the egg was a process round microwaved item as well however I know that they are basically known for their cookies and bakeries they had some cinnamon rolls lined up beautifully they look amazingI purchased one and it was hard as a rock I could not believe the place is just run by two college kids I don’t knowthe only reason to go there is because it is about the only place to eat near the hospital but definitely go over there subways you’ll get your money’s worth and you’ll be happier

Absolutely love the staff. They remember their regulars and are FAST considering the large volume of orders and limited prep space. My favorite sandwich is the chicken salad on a croissant but everything is good. Their desserts are also out of this world; the mini chocolate chip cookies are addictive.
