It was an average Taco Bell. The restaurant was busy. A customer was complaining about missing items from his order, but I couldn’t tell if he was scamming or if there was a real problem as his complaint drug out for 15 minutes over multiple items. My nachos were forgotten and quickly made, after I mentioned that I did not get my lunch. The burritos and Mexican pizza were good. The restrooms needed the trash emptied! I would go back, if I lived in the area.

Order the 5 dollar crave box, which comes with 1 specialty item, a regular taco, cinnamon twist or chips and cheese, and a drink for 5 dollars. I ordered extra chips and cheese. Didn’t receive it. I went back through the drive thru only to be told that it did not come with chips. Poor customer service

Terrible experience. Stood at the counter for 30 minutes while people just stared at me. While my to go order got soggy just sitting in a bag behind the counter. Everyone there needs to have their IQs checked. Worst employees in any fast food place I’ve been to in Bossier. Place was disgusting as well.
