I legitimately order the exact same thing every single Friday and Saturday because I work nights. It is insane to me that it is straight off a menu with EXTRA sweetener yet 9/10 times that I order it takes like they’ve given me straight espresso and milk. The only reason I continue to go is they are the only coffee place open with oatmilk this late in the day. Can you not hire employees that know how to read?!!

Let’s make sure the handicapped places are open for ACTUAL handicapped/disabled people and not people without a tag/hangar in the window. I am disabled. I rely on the disabled parking spots. And becsuse people without tags or disabilities park there, I am ALWAYS stuck going through the drive through. Which is NOT what I want. Coffee is okay, but its not accessable for the disabled when able-bodied people park IN the spots AND block the ramp area… You guys should REALLY enforce this by calling local law enforcers or police. It isnt a joke.

I went to this store today because I wanted to get my favorite drink, Dragon Drink with passion tango, but the line was so long. I decided to go inside to place my order. I placed my order for the Dragon Drink; I told the guy my name was Ques. I said he could spell it anyway to help pronounce it easier for him to say when the call my name. So after I placed my order, four to five other customers came in to place their order as well. Now these are caucasian men and women that came in. These men and women had a large drink; I had a grande drink and all of them received their drink before me. I was tryna figure out what was going on because my dragon drink wasn’t big at all ,so I felt like I was singled out as a black young man and waited an extra 10 mins to get my drink. That’s not the only thing, the guy spelled my “Quwayass” . This is why I choose to go to the D’Iberville location. I never experienced this type of treatment at the D’Iberville location.
