My boyfriend tried to warn me, but I wanted to eat here anyway. Overall service was great, nice and friendly staff. My mojito was beyond delicious, and the server even gave us free fried green beans. I ordered sweet and sour chicken, and my boyfriend has noodles with beef. The food appeared okay and tasted good but upset my stomach later that day. I unfortunately will not be returning to any of their restaurants again.

We had a great experience here! I haven’t been to a P.F. Chang’s in many years, and this location didn’t disappoint despite it being in a busy airport. I ordered fried rice with shrimp and it was delicious. Our waitress was very attentive to us despite it being pretty busy, and the food came out at a reasonable time.

I’ve always like PF Chang foods and this is the first time I try the one in Airport. Foods were nicely executed but the services were not. We had a hard time trying to get our waitress to bring us more water, more napkins, and eating at a Asian restaurant the chopsticks weren’t even offered to us. Her attitude was very friendly but we were missing her attention. There is nothing more frustrating at a restaurant is to wave like a maniac, trying to get your waitress or waiter attention meanwhile they ignore you because you are not his or her table.

Decent place to dine around terminal A with proper dining area. Menu is focused of Asian cuisine with obvious American twist. Pepper steak was quite good, meat was tender and well seasoned. Sides were bit below par (only rice and noodle options available). Good selection of alcoholic beverages. Service is prompt and friendly.

Great experience at the airport. Fresh food with many great options. They were able to accommodate and make special dishes for vegetarian. Lettuce wraps and tofu dishes were amazing!

I came in for breakfast and sit at the bar. The bartender behind the counter was amazing. He was very personable and very attentive. I wish I had gotten his name. Whoever was manning the bar on March 25th at 10:30 a.m. gets two thumbs up from me. I got the Mongolian Beef breakfast and the pomegranate lemonade w/ mint. Both were great!

The food was ok but my experience was one i truly will never forget. I never felt so bad ordering food anywhere. Im not sure if her name is Keisha, but thats what came over on the server receipt i got as uploaded. This lady from the start was very impolite and unfriendly, i get that people have bad days, but this was not that. She was just terrible, and i work in the service industry so i always try to treat people in the industry as Id like someone to treat me, so its not like I approached this lady in bad spirit. The first thing this lady said to me was “u got a name” , but im not from atl so i just figured maybe it was a local thing, anyways i asked how long the fried rice typically takes and made the order, n that exchange too was just very stern. But what really got me so embarrassed and shaken up was when I asked for a cup of water (mind u i was waiting there for the order for a lil while) but the lady literally said no, and explicitly said i tip zero so no water for me. just make sure i heard right, i asked the other employee to clarify if thats what she said, but fret not, because just incase i was wondering or if i didn’t understand the first time,!she came back with the same thing, saying and i quote “you not gon have me working for free” . I was beyond embarrassed. The thing is i always tip, even if the service isnt as great as id like, but i tip cash, for more reasons than one. I was so shaken up and taken aback, i was literally shaken. I hate confrontation so i didnt even make a scene, i just asked the other lady for the water and gave her the tip instead. But thinking back right now, I wish I had just asked for a refund, that kind of behavior should be unacceptable, and its the fact that she had the nerve to say it more than once, and infront of others too. TRULY TRULY DISAPPOINTED!
