I felt like I had to share this monstrosity with the world. I can see all five guys fingerprints in the top of my bun. I would’ve gotten better quality had I gone to McDonald’s. This is definitely not worth the $11. I’d rather eat out of the trashcan then to ever order from five guys again. Had this not been a take out order, I would’ve gladly alerted an employee to the state of my burger.

Five Guys was once a great burger place that it has been awhile since eating there to find that it is not what I remember of it. Ordered Cajun fries (overly seasoned) and three burgers which have great veggies and toppings but bun and patty were a major let down. For a burger place it is not on my list to go back to anytime soon as there are much better places around for similar price. The patties have no flavor and lack that burger place taste that you want when going out for a burger. The buns are average at best that need a little more toasting. The tomatoes, lettuce, and grilled onions are great and fresh which is nice. The fries seem to be less abundant from the past but still a lot for the order size. If you want Cajun fries I suggest asking for lightly seasoned as they over do it in my opinion for eating without sauce. The fry sauce is good and staff is friendly and nice. If you want a burger I suggest another place, but for just fries this is still worth going to until their price goes to high or they stop overfilling. 2.5 stars in reality.

I have never had a bad experience at a five guys. The music was too loud you can’t hear the workers talking to you, and when I asked them to repeat what they said they just gave me attitude. And on top of that my burger was raw! This was the worst experience ever go to any other location but this one!

I love this food exactly the way it is… Prepared great and super quality… Always loved to go to five guys 🙂 such a positive experience and love it.. Great decor… Extremely clean… kind employees who like their job… And all around A+ good burger joint… 🙂 This visit either. They punched the wrong button to put onions rather than mushrooms on the burger or we miss spoke and ordered it wrong… Nonetheless the manager and Alex remade the burger And did it with a smile… Even though it may have been our mistake in the ordering process as we were ordering nine burgers lol… Well worth every penny of the mail and more… This just shows why five guys is, and always will be the best 🙂
