We went to this place for dinner, had a great experience there. For a quick noodle, mac&cheese or pasta this is a great restaurant. They have both take away and dine in options. It is easy to find out on the maps, plenty of parking and have good restrooms. They have separate kids menu, but their menu options are limited to my choice . Would recommend this place.

I have never been met with such kindness! I wish I knew the employees name who took my order because they deserve the world! They were so kind and friendly, even gave me and my friend a compliment! Not only that, but my other friend didn’t order food, just a drink and the employee came over and offered my friend a rice crispy! So sweet and considerate!! I will be sure to tell people this location knows what’s up! And to the dear employee, you’re such a vibe!

I ordered a Buffalo Mac and Cheese today and the crew was slammed with a high Sunday lunch rush, yet even when it was really busy, the lady taking my order was very patient and kind. I always get a consistent product, no matter the wait time. Keep being awesome and keep up the hard work. 🙂

This is really bad service I had to wait on line for 1 hr because short staff just for pick up. I ordered a kids meal, and the noodles were hard. It also came with a rice crispy and it was really gross it was expired and was very dry and sour. So maybe go a couple times and see how you like this place.

Yesterday we placed a catering meal order for 8-10 people with a free gift card that was given to me. Today, my husband waited for someone to give him our order after standing in line for 20 minutes. Get home and they forgot the caesar salad. They handed out enough eating utensils to serve a small school. We got three boxes of garlic bread. About 25 pieces. Overkill!!!! The only thing that was somewhat descent was the rice crispy treat! I’ll never eat here again even if it’s free.

I have tried and tried again, to give this location a trying chance. After tonight, we will not be going back. This is the 4th time in a row that our online order was messed up. Twice there was incorrectly breaded chicken on the zoodle pesto bowl, (gluten allergy). Once there were cavatappi noodles instead of zucchini (gluten allergy again). Once there was supposed to be shrimp added to the Japanese pan noodles with steak. I paid an extra 4$ for no shrimp. After the 3rd time we started checking the order, and tonight was the incorrect noodles on the zucchini pesto bowl. I mean, seriously. How difficult is it? We had to wait almost 25 additional minutes(10 because it wasn’t ready, and 15 to fix the order). Don’t ever plan getting your order when the online order says. I hate with a review like this, but I have tried too many times. Good luck in the future.

I never write reviews, but this location is amazing. Always very fast and consistent. One time I was given the wrong order and started to leave and the worker ran outside to catch me before I left, so he could fix it. Very impressed. Also threw a couple cookies in the bag, which was awesome. All the workers seem to be very nice. Keep up the great customer service.

So sad that Noodles and Company not only remove the tomato basil soup but now they charge $4 for 5 tiny meatball s!!! Are you kidding me!! What a rip off!!! Almost a $1 ($.80) a meatball is robbery and they should be ashamed for gouging the customers to make huge profits. Guess I’m done with your company!!!

I asked for plastic ware and the lady acted like I was asking for some of her paycheck. Very rude and didn’t say a word. Buttered noodles were also very dry. This is the second time now that the food wasn’t up to par.
