Great food! There was only one server the day we were there, but service was still good. Nice art on the walls add to the atmosphere of this small restaurant. We had Bahn mi and the silken tofu small plate. The sauce on the tofu was excellent and there was a nice crunchy outside. Both Bahn mi were good as well – vegan and pork. The place had the rich scent of pho – we will need to try the next time!

You might not expect much from a little Vietnamese place in a big plaza, but Saigon Café is a fresh flavor oasis serving up good Vietnamese food.

Late night, just finished a fourteen hour shift and apparently called with three minutes left until close. They took my order and opened for me to pick up, that was extremely kind. The food was amazing! I’ll go back every chance I get! Very fresh vegetables and savory seasonings! The fresh mint in the spring rolls was a level up from what I am used to.

My partner and I came here today it was our first time. It was very very good Pho and Banh Mi. Service was good and fast, we came on a Sunday so it was slow. But we’re supposed more people weren’t here it was great quality! They have drinks and Vietnamese coffee my partner enjoyed that. Thanks Saigon!

Went for the Saigon Pho and Vegetable Pho. Flavor filled broths that complemented the delicious sauteed vegetables. The three types of broth made in house are: beef, chicken and daikon. The noodles were cooked just right, not sticky or too soft. My wife ordered the beef pho and was impressed by how much beef was in the dish, enough to last with all the generous portion of noodles. Would recommend the Vietnamese coffee as well since it is not sickly sweet and has a light option if you don’t like a rich coffee flavor as much as I do.

This place is EXCELLENT! Honestly, it never disappoints. I’ve gone here multiple times and always do a pick up. They package the food with such care, it never leaks or spills. Their food is fresh, high quality and very tasty. I think it’s the best Pho in Bellingham. I’ve had the Pho, the stew, the spring rolls, the Sesame Salad, Vermicelli Bowl and the Lemon Grass Chicken. It’s all fantastic. It’s great serving sizes. It’s a family owned, quality place. Highly freaking recommended.

I talked with the man at the counter about spiciness of the dressing on noodle salad. He said he would have it made without the “hot”. He didn’t. The dressing was unusable for me. The pork was overcooked to the point of being dry. He asked if it was for inhouse or take out. I said take out. I got back to my hotel and opened the sack to find I had no silverware nir napkin. I went back to the restaurant and asked for silverware and napkin. He gave them to me saying he thought I was going home to eat, really, without asking? So I ending up eating a little of it and throwing away $20.42. What a waste of money and time and no dinner. Nope not going back.

I had the Saigon Pho. Decent broth, good meat, wrong noodles, high price. The noodles aren’t the standard pho noodle they are what I think they call glass noodle. Good variety of meats including what tasted like liver. Good quality vegetables and the presentation was nice. Came out to $16.50 incl tax which seems quite high for a bowl of soup.
