The food here was absolutely disgusting. The young lady at the register was sweet but all compliments stop there. The tall gentleman was literally on the grill preparing our food with a book bag. The fries were cold the burgers were extremely overpriced and under seasoned, the poor onion rings went straight in the trash…they were clearly old. The soda area had standing brown water and had that mildew odor….it was all around bad and we won’t be back. Came inn around 7:05 and you could tell that the staff was attempting to leave at 8 pm on the dot.

Plenty of parking as it’s located inside the outlet mall. We went on the weekend around lunch time and it is PACKED. Some staff wore masks, but zero social distancing. You do have the option to order to go, there are some outdoor seating nearby.

This place seems to still be struggling. It’s dirty. Out of drinks. Order came out completely wrong. Turkey burger tastes like the salt shaker fell in it. The teens didn’t like the wings either. Oh, and everything is over priced. The fries were good. So there’s that. I recommend going down the road.

This place is overpriced. I ordered a burger combo with a drink. I asked for a shake supposed to be included. But, I got charged for an extra $3 on top of $14, I had to ask for my shake when she brought my food and waited another 10 mins. They weren’t that busy. Overall, the service was slow, and food wasn’t that good. There was a customer, she asked for a large cup of water. Got charged for $2.99. It was bad on my end for not checking my receipts before I got my meals.

I’m here right now and the children in here don’t know what is going on at the store they work at. We dined in and it was 4 of us and everybody order was messed up. They left the cheese that everyone paid extra for off the burgers and then came back with cold cheese in a box for us to put on the burger. The fries were cold. One of my other friends asked for no wheat buns and got wheat buns. The drink station was out carbon the lemonade was sour. And I also called before coming while I was shopping to see if they had veggie burgers and they told me no they don’t sale them but when I got there they had several veggie option. They were also out of onion rings. It was just a hot mess here. The burgers are mediocre at best. Management has to do better.

All in all, it’s a okay place, prices are high, when I ordered a burger without relish, mustard or tomato they still put the tomato on it, but the guy who took my order was nice, this place isn’t super special necessarily, but it’s a convenient place to eat after shopping in the shopping mall it’s in.
