Several times, my family and I have pulled up to the drive through to order and nobody greets us to take our orders. It’s well before closing time too. I drove around twice to see if they just didn’t hear me at the drive through and still, nobody came to take our order. This has happened on different occasions, different times of the day. I drove around and then looked through the window and could see an employee just standing there in their phone. This Dunkin will NOT ever receive my money or business again. Terrible customer service and clearly employees who are getting paid to stand around not working.

The worst experience ever of a dunkin. They were so slow. Did not acknowledge anyone in the drive thru! Multiple cars pulled off in front and behind me. I called in thinking maybe something was wrong. The person who answered said they just had multiple orders coming in through mobile and had people inside…only 1 person was inside and at least you should acknowledge the people at the speaker in the drive thru. Poor service training

As I parked my car, I noticed an employee out in front of the store talking with some people. I went into the store and went in the back to use the restroom. There were a few people waiting in the dining room for a friend that had not gotten the order.

Got there a hour and a half after they opened and I was told they didn’t have any doughnuts made. How can you go somewhere that specializes in doughnuts and not be prepared for the day. They had one job. The service is terrible at this location constantly unorganized with the drive thru.

I went through the drive thru and I was asked to repeat my first drink 4 times and my 2nd drink 3 times. I was the only car in the drive thru and no cars in the parking lot so distraction by another customer wasn’t the problem. So disappointing!

I have been going to Dunkin Doughnuts for 41 years. I walked in the door at 615 AM and there was not 1 doughnut in the store. I asked what time they opened and they said 5 AM. I asked what time they estimated there would be any doughnuts and they said maybe 630 AM. Nothing wrong with any equipment or any employee shortage, they just had no plans to make any doughnuts before 90 minutes after opening. In 41 years I have never heard of a Dunkin Doughnuts opening and not having any doughnuts in the store.

I normally have no issues with this location, but the past 6-8 visits are declining. Most the changes have been small, but this mornings isn’t acceptable. I ordered my usual large tea without ice. I received a ⅔ filled cup and was told they are allowed to fill it up. HUH?? I seem to remember getting a full cup a few weeks ago. Guess I’ll have to decide if I want to return.
