Placed my order in app while I was out & about and when I went in to pick up my order I really needed to use their bathroom. I told the manager that my meds mess with my stomach and it was urgent that I go. She flat out told me no. I feel that this is a full service restaurant and I paid for my pizza…there should have been some compassion.Very POOR customer service

I ordered two pizzas, on a casual night and had some guests over and it was a disaster since the food had been delayed over an hour and a half. I’m truly disappointed in their service and truly hope that they improve but their service has created a bad memory that will be hard to forget. So I recommend Pizza Hut to stock on employees to supply the demand otherwise I have no complaint with the actual pizza. Just the service.

I ordered online. The app advised that my food was ready after 15 min. However, it took an additional 1 hour before I received my food, which seemed rushed and thrown together. My wings were not thoroughly cooked and my pizza toppings tasted barely cooked. The female staff member eas unprofessional and rude. I feel like I completely wasted time and my $52.

The experience was very professional. The order was ready for pickup. The temperature was hot and was still warm in time for the family to eat (we live 12mins from the Oxon Hill restaurant). The pizzas were delicious and satisfying.

I placed an order at 10:30 because they close at midnight according to their website. Once I arrived an employee informed me they decided to close early and that I can expect a refund. Ridiculous that I wasted my time and energy placing and picking up an order that they didn’t even make. Never coming back to this location.
