Smh was super disappointed in the food was thrown together had half a bowl of bean juice no flavor paid 3.30 for extra chicken it barely had any won’t order from this location again… sad that i actually paid for shares of this company it’s gone downhill since it stated opening up everywhere…. Good has definitely went down hill, food is horrible anymore. We’ve tried and tried it hoping it would be better but #5 we are done. Poor quality, food not cooked, doesn’t taste like anything and still $9 for a bowl.

Very disappointed unfortunately. The food was mediocre at best and had a terrible quality for price ratio. The staff was unfriendly and the store was in filthy condition. They had a sports talk show blaring over the restaurant loud speakers and made the dining in experience even worse. I normally love burrito places, but this was terrible.

Hot heads is the best. As long as you order in person. If you order online the just throw it together and you get less. But if you go online it’s quick, easy, and good portions. I would pick here over any other burrito place

I’m normally not one to complain, but Never have I ever had such horrible customer service at this location… the women walking in this pic was who serviced me, couldn’t put a name because she was not wearing a name tag. But she clearly was more worried about getting off or going to smoke that she was in a rush VS. taking her time when I was placing my order. I get a simple small bowl.. & everything I requested she some how “didn’t hear me” … even tho i ordered the same way I always have and have never had issues with being heard, and if you couldn’t hear me you should clarify what I’m asking for instead of assuming. She then got an attitude because I asked for things to be put on lightly, being that I’m pregnant I am somewhat picky right now but I would assume using less of an item wouldn’t be that big of a deal… she got upset and grabbed the food off of my bowl and started throwing it off to the side – this is when she said she couldn’t hear me… sadly this was one and hopefully the only time I will experience such horrible service at this store. This location is close to my house & I come here very often, I will just make sure next time I get someone else to make my food… but I definitely think she could be coached in her customer service skills and or making sure the customer is leaving satisfied. Being someone who has worked in food and customer service for over 10 years, and has 6+ years of management experience, I would not want this person serving customers the way I was served today. Simply caring about your job and what the customer is requesting goes a long way.
